As a matter of fact, I'd prefer not to but being a licensed loan originator allows me access to the ins and outs of the complex mortgage world and assist you successfully obtain the loan by working closely with the loan officer of your choice.  It's a no-brainer your listing or purchase will greatly benefit from my combined knowledge and connections as a licensed loan originator and a licensed realtor.
