as the #1 quality for a real estate agent. All right, experience,
marketing, communication skills, personality, blah blah blah
(I-love-me quotient), are all important criteria in selecting a real
estate agent for your buying or selling needs. I fit those criteria,
so do many more other agents. I admit there are a lot of other
agents who have way more years in the industry, place more ads,
master the English language better, and are more personable than I.
But few of them are as accountable. Having sold real estate for over 5
years, I contribute the secret of my success to
just that: "accountability/trustworthiness". No matter when it comes
to the relationship with my customers, clients, and peers, or the
day-to-day business end, you can count on me for my words and

Proven Track Records
- Formally the #1 agent at John L Scott Shelton office, now
Broker/Owner of my own real estate office, I have the experience
and
proven record of successfully bringing buyers and sellers
together. No.1 selling and listing agent during my years working at
John L Scott. In year 2006 and 2007, I made 50 some sale and gross
commission of $250,000 each year. After opening PING Real Estate, with the slower
real estate market since last year, I have still made impressive
listing and sales volumes. Over 90% of my business comes from
referrals and repeated clients.

In today's market, most of the buyers search and find their
properties online. I built PING Real Estate website from scratch,
and I design and control all aspects of my website. By using
analytic tracking program, I monitor the visitors traffic trend to
my website everyday and target my online marketing accordingly. I
utilize all the newest internet media including Craigslist, Zillow,
Facebook, Blogger, YouTube etc to campaign my company and your
listings. I also recently obtained several real estate domain names
to promote my web presence in search engines. Being the owner/broker

your phone calls won't go to a switchboard, or be answered by a
secretary, or be shuffled to any agent who happens to be doing floor

and work ethics working in a corporate world to anything I choose to
do. I am NOT one of those agents who would settle for just

originator. You know
financing is often a major part in a real estate transaction.
It can make or break a deal. Being a licensed loan
originator, I work closely with a reputable local lending group. I
have the inside education, knowledge and experience about real
estate financing/refinancing. I can guide you through the complexity
of getting a loan for your home before and during a transaction. You
are not obligated to use me to handle your mortgage if you choose me
as your REALTOR®. As a matter of fact, I'd
prefer not to but being a licensed loan originator allows me access
to the ins and outs of the complex mortgage world and assist you
successfully obtain the loan by working closely with the loan
officer of your choice. It's a no-brainer your listing or
purchase will greatly benefit from my combined knowledge and
connections as a licensed loan originator and a licensed realtor.
